The Tilta ES-T17-A Handheld Camera Cage Rig is perfect for protecting your Son a7-series camera. It improves hand held grip for optimal shooting configuration. The aluminum alloy form-fitted cage has many threaded 1/4″-20 accessory mounting points. Included on the rig is an HDMI plug protector, which plugs micro-HDMI to HDMI cables in place, providing a full-sized HDMI connector.
The rig has a removable wooden grip for comfort and top handle featuring 1/4″-20 accessory mounting points and cold shoe. Cage attaches to 15mm LWS support rods via quick release system. This allows you to remove it from the rods for an easy shoot package or quickly remount the camera to rods when working with rod-mounted accessories. This system ensures the lens’ centre height to rods conforms to industry standards when using rod-mounted accessories.
